Add to that the sensation of knowing that there are probably larger, more elaborate projects going on within the large firm, and it’s hard to feel confident in your new construction or renovation.

We’ve learned that a small firm that brings all of the technology and experience can sometimes be more flexible and more of your teammate to get the ball across the line. This is the part of the process where concepts are created, and a vision takes form.

Additional details are added to the schematic design. This can also include building elevations, sections, and a roof plan.

Construction Documents

Traditionally, this is the working drawings and specifications needed to take a building to completion.

Construction Administration

Sometimes architects can serve as your administrator, visiting the site, reviewing contractor submittals, and more.

3-D Modeling and Imagery

K+D Architects design with Revit software, which allows us to design the building and structures in three dimensions.

Project Management

For some clients, it makes sense for the architect to handle more than the standard services and take the project to the finish line.

Interior Design

We work with local, licensed interior designers when applicable to make sure the interior of your space matches your vision.

Sustainable Design

We can help you reach LEED certification or other sustainability and green standards in your new construction project.
